My hospital specialist reccomended buying some insoles starting from £35. Hesitent to spend so much, I purchased these and thought if they didn't work it's not like i've missed out on load of money. OMG! I simply had to trim them down (following the indicators) and they slipped right in. The first couple of days my feet ached a little, as expected. But now, after having them for just over a month, my knee pain is considerablly less and even my mum has noticed my knee's don't bend in as much as they used too.
