Just ready for a replacement so I opened the first of the 2. Followed the instructions and replaced the old cartridge. It produces printed pages with a large 2- 2-1/2" band of black toner on the right hand margin of every sheet. I pulled out the cartridge and noted that the photosensitive drum had a band of toner in that area that will not come off despite running repeated sheets through the printer. Replaced it with the second one they shipped and everything seems fine. But I am past the time for return of the first so I got screwed. Several lessons learned: 1- do not buy from this seller; 2- Do not buy until just before you need a replacement toner cartridge; 3- Do not buy a 2-pack; and 4- Consider purchasing from Staples when they are on sale. ### ⭐ Toner Leaks like Crazy *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2016* Printing out a blank page will cause block patches all over one edge of the page (front and back). It renders my prints all useless.Also, whenever the printer warms up, it screams like a pig struggling.
