I have a retainer as I had braces (as an adult). This stuff makes your teeth noticeably whiter after the first use. There might be a little sensitivity, but nothing that has actually bothered me. It's cheaper for me to buy it here than from my dentist. I am not sure if he still sells it, but it was cheaper here. I wish I could find the melon flavored ones again, but that might have been a different potency. I love this product. It does what it says, I leave it on for 30 minutes, take a shower, get ready and then remove it and do a quick brush and notice my teeth look more white.
