The bottom ends have the Cathe name and a slight shiny coil is your basic plain hand grip. These are very nice light resistance hand grips for those trying to improve their hand and arm strength. If you were an arm wrestler or body builder, the tension on these would be too light for you, you'd probably have to do many more reps. I sit in a cubicle in front of a computer all day, these help keep my strength up. Since this came in a pair, I leave one at home and one at work. I recommend them as five stars for simplicity and price for the category they are in: simple hand grips.
