Review: Really great fan - This fan is great! I only just recieved it today and immediately plugged it in to try. Since it's such a pricey item, especially for a fan given the current economy, I've tried to add as much as I can to this review. The highest setting is incredibly powerful, with the lowest seting providing a soft breeze and the highest being like a wind tunnel! Much better than my tower fan, and very quiet. At the highest setting, you're obviously going to get some noise, but nothing like my tower fan. It has two rotating features, left and right and up and down. You can have one or the other on, or both, which makes the fan move around and blow air all over. The manual even shows diagrams of optimal placement for various needs and comes with a warranty. If you use the rotate features, best to place it on a flat surface, since you risk it toppling if it's on something say grass, sheets etc. The best feauture, for me, is the breeze feature. It's a button which, when pressed, provides a very soft breeze, which changes in intensity (so very soft to around level 1 on the fan) for a few moments. It's really nice when working on a pc to have a constant subtle breeze that is occasionally a little stronger. The fan itself is average weight to a little weighty, depending on your physical capabilities. Since it's a spherical fan, it has a little carry handle in the back, but depending on your physical capabilities, switching it off and picking it up from beneath the sphere (around its 'neck') works fine too. It's got a decent amount of cord, and it's small enough to fit on a desk, so ideal to take into work if you need to or have it on the coffee table, etc. The design is also very sleek and unobtrusive. It comes with a remote that you could probably put on a key chain or string to keep safe, as it's got a little hole in the side, which I think it quite a considerate feature if you lose remotes a lot! The remote must be pointed directly at the fan to work, so simply pressing it in another room, for example, will not work. If you lose the remote though, it has all features on the base of the fan, which is very sturdy. All in all, an absolutely brilliant purchase and I'm really delighted with it.
Review: 5 years and still going strong - Bought this fan 5 years ago. I was looking through my order history and came across it, so decided to leave a review, as I think I've used it enough to give an honest opinion! This fan is of a good quality and design. Not in your face nor run of the mill, it's quite attractive! It takes up very little space and has excellent coverage thanks to its oscillating head. The airflow might not be as concentrated and lengthy as a tower fan when it turns, but for its size it does a very satisfactory job. This little fan is light weight with a clean and contemporary style, and is well liked in my household (which has 2). The remote control is a bonus when you're in bed and want to adjust the speed or switch it off. The remote has to be pointing fully at the sensor on the front of the fan to respond though. The lowest setting is quiet enough for me to fall asleep with - which is amazing! There's also a breeze-like setting which constantly adjusts the speed at which the fan blows at, just like how an actual breeze would act. The only downside to this amazing compact fan is the front cover is so intricate in design that it makes cleaning the dust off it a fiddly job. All in all, I like this fan and every Summer it comes of storage and does its job well.

**Q: What is the noise level dba on speeds 4 and 5?**
A: I have two of these and have never needed to go above level 3. Some noise at this level but does not disturb normal life. No need to turn the radio up to hear it. Level 4/5 are noisier , a background hum as though in a train.

This fan is great! I only just recieved it today and immediately plugged it in to try. Since it's such a pricey item, especially for a fan given the current economy, I've tried to add as much as I can to this review. The highest setting is incredibly powerful, with the lowest seting providing a soft breeze and the highest being like a wind tunnel! Much better than my tower fan, and very quiet. At the highest setting, you're obviously going to get some noise, but nothing like my tower fan. It has two rotating features, left and right and up and down. You can have one or the other on, or both, which makes the fan move around and blow air all over. The manual even shows diagrams of optimal placement for various needs and comes with a warranty. If you use the rotate features, best to place it on a flat surface, since you risk it toppling if it's on something say grass, sheets etc. The best feauture, for me, is the breeze feature. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little fan

Fantastic little fan. Very quiet on the lower settings, & definitely works well with an air conditioner to rapidly cool a hot room. It's compact, easy & hygienic to clean (wipe down surface, no buttons sticking out), it doesn't suffer from buffeting like a traditional fan (the air flow/stream is steady & constant). Having a remote is handy as well, but you do need to be at the right angle to use it. I do have some very small gripes with it, but nothing that would stop me recommending it. 1. As others have mentioned, unfortunately the fan has no way of tilting/blowing lower than the surface it is placed on. But this is easily overcome by putting the fan on a lower surface, or the floor. 2. I wish I could turn the lights off on it at night. I like my room to be as dark as possible at night as I sleep better that way, but covering them with black electrical tape has done the trick. 3. There's no quick way to get it to recenter itself from circulation mode. You have to turn off both the horizontal & vertical swivel one at a time. All in all, an excellent product. Well worth it & would happily buy it again.
