My order arrived three days early. I selected the KP303 because I only needed to connect three devices. I also appreciated the small size compared to a power strip with six outlets. I downloaded the app to my iPhone, but I had a problem trying to connect to my home network. I called Kasa customer service and spoke with Joey Sonio. Mr. Sonio was very patient and walked me through the steps to make the connection. I didn't realize that in Settings on my iPhone, I needed to first connect to the TP-LINK_Power Strip Wi_Fi network, before connecting to my home network. Mr. Sonio spent a lot of time with me, making sure that I did each step correctly. Setting up the rest of app was straightforward and easy. After completing the connection on my iPhone, I downloaded and set up the app on my Mac and iPad. I recommend the Kasa KP303 to anyone needing a compact smart Wi-Fi power strip.
