It is also lighter weight than my last, but it was leather and this is Lambskin. It is very comfortable and surprisingly warm for it's weight. It's also a very smart looking jacket reminiscent of an Army Air Corp A2. The smell which another customer commented on is not uncommon, in fact, all new leathers smell like that. It's only when it starts smelling like it's owner that the smell goes away. This is a nice spring/fall jacket which at this price is a bargain. Were I not planning to go on a diet, I would buy another one size up to facilitate my fatness; that's how nice this jacket is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value But Not Quite and A2 Cut *by D***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2021* For the price, it's great. Good quality, supple leather. I would even say impressive, because I expect PU leather ("pleather" aka fake leather) when I purchase blindly on Amazon.Sure enough, this item is real leather. It's quite beautiful and soft, and I worked several coats of Fiebing's mink oil into the leather to ensure it holds up to wet weather.That's what I like. The value and the softness of the leather (and that it is real leather). I also like the assortment of pockets and the protectable zipper that is on a U-shaped track so it can tuck inside when riding or otherwise active. I also like the epaulettes that make this jacket very close in styling to one my father purchased me in high school a long time ago, which was long ago lost. R.I.P.What I dislike about this jacket is that the size makes my torso look insanely lanky, when I'm not a lanky individual. It's the cut.The cut makes my torso look elongated, which makes my upper body look a bit weak. I'm a normal sized 5'9" individual that fluctuates between 155 lbs and 175 (195 on a bad day). I'm currently 155. I ordered the Medium.With some adjustment, I can make it work, but the cut is far too long in the torso. It is not a classic styling, like the timeless A2. Still, this is worth the purchase if you take the length into account and perhaps order a size smaller. YMMV. Buy with caution, as this comes from Pakistan and may be difficult to return. I like it, but it does make me feel awkward, and anything that reduces confidence may be a no sell for some men. You may want to save up and buy an authentic horsehide A2 instead.
