Review: Great Flavor Ramen from a high-quality/popular Ramen Brand - Nong-Shim is a popular Korean Ramen (and other snack foods) brand, and I typically enjoy their products. But some of their noodles are way to spicy for me, since I am sensitive to spicy/hot foods. I really love this Tempura Udon Noodle Cup though, because the savory flavor is not spicy but it is still flavorful and delicious (i.e., not bland). There are bits of dehydrated tempura flakes and seaweed pieces that you add (in the dry packet) which make it sort of unique, and I really enjoy the soup and noodles on a cold day. Also, unlike some other lesser-quality ramen brands, Nong-Shim's noodles stay firm/"al dente" (I know that's more of an Italian adjective, but I can't think of a better term right now) enough and perfectly chewy. And for those of you who prefer a larger meal, there is also a BIG Noodle version of this same product, I believe, with the same flavor/add-ins, etc. It is just a larger serving size, so would be good if you prefer more food in one sitting.

This is a solid 3.5 for me. Readily available, not terribly expensive. Better than the average cup of ramen. The price was a little high for what you are getting. I recommend this one to have on hand for variety. RamenRater.com gave this one a 4.5. I think that's a bit too generous.
