**Q: What are the listed ingredients as not stated in photo's nor description?**
A: We had a pack a while back and they were very disappointing. I don’t remember seeing any kind of information on them at the time ether.

**Q: Carbohydrate Contents**
A: 3.7g per 100g

**Q: Hi what is the shelf life of these? I assumed that they being dried would last some time. Yet the packet says best before in less than 2 weeks**
A: I think it did have short shelf life, also not as dried out as I thought, I'm no expert but it has a skin to it,  which sort of got in the way, its not jerky in the standard sense more like a very thin sausage. But if that's right up your street you'll like it! Thanks

### ⭐⭐⭐ Basically beef kabanossi, very fatty beef kabanossi.

First and last time trying droewors. Don't know if it's just this brand so I won't give lower than 3 stars. The main benefit this has over kabanossi is it is not pork and is nitrite free but honestly just get regular biltong, was expecting beef pepperamis (UK brand) but these were just very fatty and barely tasted of beef.
