This little gympad has been perfect for me. I am able to track and record my workouts and ultimately improve my lifts as I know exactly what weights and exercises I have been doing. I like how the pages are set up, so it is easy to record and keep track. And at the start and end of the journal there are pages where you can measure your bodyparts in order to see how far you've grown and in my case I'm also aiming to see an increased improvement in weight. Finally there is also a place at the start and end of the journal for before and after photos. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little book to record your workouts! *by A***R on 5 February 2018* So handy to record and compare your workouts and is great if you are a beginner or a serious gym rat. I would only change one thing, and that is allocating 5 lines per exercise 'box' instead of 4; for whilst one can spill over into the next, delineated box below, a session of 5 sets per exercise is, I feel, more relevant , to people using this in the strength training field, 5x5 , 5x2 e.t.c. This cross section of trainees being perhaps the most interested in keeping clear and detailed progress logs.
