It feels like it will last a long time. You can adjust the resistance from 10-50kg which is more than enough. I don't think I've gone past about 25kg yet but it's good to know I can progress as I use it more. The only slight issue I have is the rubber grip isn't great and it can dig into your palms a little bit. But this is only a small inconvenience and isn't overly uncomfortable.Would thoroughly recommend for the price if you're looking to increase muscle mass around the forearms.Let me know if you found this review helpful. Thanks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Easy adjustable and good value. I'd recommend getting the two-pack over a single *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 February 2019* I wanted to build my grip strength and have used similar equipment before. Simple to use, easy to adjust and good enough quality for its intended purpose.I would recommend buying the two pack as when I'm using one, I kind of don't want to be wasting time with the other. You'll save a few pounds too.Only downside is the accuracy of the display. Rather than rely on it, I simply screw out both items to the same number. 10 full terms is about 10KG for example. Then up or lower them evenly.*** Pros ***- Helps build forearm size and hand grip strength- Easily adjustable*** Cons ***- Not super comfortable to use- Build quality is good enough, but not exact between the two items I have- Poor display to get to an exact force for both models- Handles aren't massively long, so if you have massive hands, look elsewhere ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic grip trainer, the adjustable resistance makes it perfect for many purposes *by T***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 August 2017* I have had this on my desk since I received it and it is fantastic as something productive to do to keep your hands busy. The wide range of resistances mean you wont have to buy more than one for a long time, with 10kg being almost too easy and something you can do absentmindedly and 50kg being enough of a challenge to work towards. The general build quality is fantastic and doesn't feel at all flimsy like similar products I have tried. If you are looking top strengthen your hand after an injury the resistance goes low enough for this to not be an issue, if you are looking for a challenge the resistance goes high enough to provide one, if you are just looking for something to fiddle with while you sit at the desk, it can fill that purpose too! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market for a grip trainer. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/179685722-ideapro-hand-grip-strengthener-adjustable-resistance-10-50kg-hand-grip](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/179685722-ideapro-hand-grip-strengthener-adjustable-resistance-10-50kg-hand-grip) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
