Review: Works with PS5 Controller & Mobile - Update 25/09/25: After using it for a few days I can see it does have it's problems if you're going to use it in a PS5 controller and mobile phone to play YouTube etc. As I push buttons, the music from the phone sometimes alters in volume and can get annoying, but overall, it still allows me to avoid buying a membership with Spotify or Apple Music, which are the only music sources on PS5—for the purpose of making more money no doubt. As long as I'm pushing buttons, the music stays at one constant volume, so it still a viable option, and still worth giving 5 stars for.

**Q: If I plug in two separate devices (i.e. a phone and a computer) to the male plugs, will I receive the stereo signal from both devices combined?**
A: Yes. Technically. But the more powerful of the two outputs will be louder, or they’ll sort of go back and forth on which is loudest, or both throughout the song. If you are plugged into two devices, but only one is playing music, it actually sounds good... but if you are plugged into one device and the other plug is left to dangle there will be weird interference.

On the flip side, literally if you flip the cable around and use it to split an audio signal to two speakers... Perfect mono sound. No Left or Right but decent quality sound out of two different bluetooth speakers plugged through their aux input.

The quality is not what you will want it to be. I tried to find some other use for this cable after the fiasco that was trying to use it for what I bought it for.... never could. Tossed it in the trash.

**Q: Trying to split my echo dot & tv audio (via rca to 3.5mm) to the same 2.1 speaker set. this should work right?**
A: It should, but it won’t. This cable is not made to carry Stereo Audio Signals so you will get half of your tv sound and half of your Alexa sound, and when both are trying to make sounds at the same time all h**l will break lose.

A: It doesn't work transfor MIC

**Q: Will this work for elgato hd60s for the ps4**
A: Sorry, it doesn't work on elgato.

There is a slight buzzing when used, but nothing major. If the buzzing is too loud, check the connector is plugged in all the way. I say this because it can feel plugged in properly, but it's not. Try a few times and it will, the plug is quite tight in the speaker connector.
