A: You can use the stovetop, a tub or bucket, or the washing machine. There are instructions in the box for all 3 options.

**Q: did the dye bleed after dying?**
A: no, i had no issues of bleeding even after items were washed. They left no residue in my washing machine either!

**Q: Does the back to black cover up bleach spots?**
A: It covered my lightest areas well.

**Q: Does this work on denim?**
A: Yes. on all cotton denim
