They issued a refund with no problem. 5 stars for the product 2 stars for the shipping. They need to be taped shut or wrapped in bubble or shrink wrap.

Works as advertised. I had some fouling on my S&W .44 revolver cylinder face and this took care of it pretty easily. I only use it once in a while (every couple months or so). I also use it for other carbon/lead buildup sensitive firearms such as my Desert Eagle. Makes cleaning a cinch. Make sure you wear gloves while using these!
