But I was wrong. The ends of the teeth have a seam in the plastic-right at the tip-making it a rough surface to the touch. Because I have thinning hair it is an even bigger issue for me. But thankfully, Amazon has GREAT customer service (Love Amazon) and it was simple to return. It's easier than I thought to call Amazon-just go to "help" on the online site, and scroll down to "Browse Help Topics"-place the cursor arrow over "need more help"-see on the right and click on "Contact Us"-answer some ques. about the order and scroll down-follow directions and eventually you'll see "how do you want to contact us?"-choices will be "phone or e-mail etc.-click on phone and follow instructions-very easy and I'm not very computer savvy.
