Which is best for drawing?** A: There's no difference in drawing, maybe a different lead, but this is merely lead holders with a sharpener on the end. As for comfort they're great and it's nice to have multiple pencils for multiple leads at once and then you can sharpen on the other pencils, just handy, but a normal sharpener is best **Q: What size led comes with the set? mine are all marked hb. i will keep them if i can adjust the indicators to the correct lead size/type?** A: The lead size is 2 mm. The hardness is all the same for the set. I bought other hardness leads to put in the pencils for variety. I didn't see any hardness indicators on the pencil itself. I used a Sharpie to mark what lead I put in each one. Not pretty, but it works. **Q: With this five pack, and presuming you buy five different leads, how do you know which clutch pencil holds which lead? He had resorted to using a mechanical lead pencil, but this had its downside as well, as the lead tends to break very easily when marking over wood or other rough surfaces. That’s when this product came to mind. I had one of these laying around at home, that my brother had used in a drafting course he took probably 20 years ago, and felt this might work perfectly.It absolutely does. This is the best construction marking pencil product I have found, and I came on here to purchase more so that we could keep them in different parts of the home. He rarely needs to reach for a marker or other writing tool while working on projects. The lead is thick enough it doesn’t break and can handle rough surfaces, yet the tip is fine enough he can get into small screw holes to mark pilot holes, and the lead can be extended to fit deeper, hard to reach spaces. Also a pro that the sharpener is built in, so you’re not searching for something to sharpen this with.
