When I requested a return auth, I was told it could not be returned, because it was past the return date. After explaining that it was a gift, the company waived the return date and credited me for the shirt. I reordered THIS shirt in a larger size, and it fit great! It is well made and very comfortable. When the shirt arrived I was highly disappointed by how big it was width wise; it was also very stiff and the material did not feel as comfortable on my skin. But nonetheless once i threw it in the wash, the shirt did shrink by width, and only then did it fit true to size.
