If Tampax is a latex bodysuit, these are the softest pillow. *by on Reviewed in the United States January 3, 2026* I don’t feel them inside at all, unlike Tampax, which is always there, probably because of the polyester string and that weird other fabric covering the cotton inside, while these are perfect: 100% cotton, even the string, they are made like the European tampons, not the most modern applicator, but I have nothing against it, what matters is what’s inside: pure comfort. The downside is that since these are truly cotton only they might last less during heavy flow, but at least they use their full potential when absorbing, unlike Tampaxes that absorb halfway through and then stop, even though there is still some potential inside… at least that’s what it feels like. I’d say that Tamoaxes are still fine for a long sleep during the heaviest flow not to worry, but from the 3rd day on these are absolutely fantastic, you can truly feel the difference.
