Review: Quality boots.... - The first thing I noticed was that they felt very slightly larger than other pairs of Merrell boots/shoes I have but not enough to be an issue. Have had them a few months and find them getting more comfortable with each wear, not that they were ever uncomfortable. I have found only Merrells to be genuinely waterproof: have tried two pairs of Timberlands and a pair of Rockports and have all leaked to varying degrees at the welts despite carefully waterproofing them. None of my three pairs of Merrells have ever leaked so I only wear the other makes when I know it's not likely to rain.
Review: Brilliant shoes to use with orthotics - Brilliant mid shoe. I am on my third pair and bought some more for future use. I had acute tendonitis in my Achilles making it painful to walk. These were by far the best supportive shoe to wear. Added a pair of gel insoles and i was more comfortable walking again.

The first thing I noticed was that they felt very slightly larger than other pairs of Merrell boots/shoes I have but not enough to be an issue. yes as had several pairs of Merrell shoes did find i had to fit an extra insole as right foot was slightly to large luckily i had from a previous pair good insole in the uk size 10 they feel comfortable straight from the box
