We had one vacuum have some harness issues and we contacted ProTeam and they sent us to a local servicer that repaired. The issues were fixed at no charge to us. That is the upside with commercial equipment, it usually has commercial warranties. We also have purchased multiple heads for the vacuum poles (though not all through desertcart). We actually use the felt heads (replacing the standard one it comes with) as they don't scratch hard surfaces, like plastic heads can sometimes, and are still useable on super low profile carpets. We have had to replace the cord on one of the units, but that is to be expected as we wind and unwind these guys at least 3-5 times daily, depending on how many jobs a crew has.
