Review: Great taste - Really nice sabzi khoshk. I have tried a bunch of different types from stores, but I definitely prefer these. What I really like about Sadaf's sabzi ghormeh is the taste, which I assume has to do with the proportion of herbs, but probably also with the herbs not being too old and dry (I can see that when I soak the content in water, the herbs 'come to life' much faster and also have more vivid color once soaked). Many of the other ones end up giving the ghormeh a bit of a bitter taste and odor that I really don't enjoy, and I have never figured out what the source is, but I was pleasantly surprised to see these ones don't do that. The ghormeh ends up having a very soothing and well balanced taste, which makes me pretty happy!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Now I can easily make my own Gormeh Sabzi

It's easy to make and really good. I soaked the herbs longer, like an hour, and added a whole can of drained kidney beans. Simmered a little longer than directions said. I didn't have the dried lemons so I just used more lemon juice. It was really good and even better after soaking all night. Even my hubby, who likes Persian kabob better than the stews, said it was really good!
