The texture and taste are amazing, I could just eat a spoonful by itself. I use this ghee on roti, chai, dosa and idli and they enhance the flavor experience. Really great for making Indian desserts as well. I have started adding it to the tadka along with oil and all my dishes taste amazing now. It’s a little tricky towards the end when the jar is about empty, but I put it in hot water and the ghee melts easily such that I can use till last drop. I am gonna continue buying this one for sure.
