This stuff is perfect and I LOVE that it doesn't have all the harsh chemicals like the other brands. It's a softer pencil which I love... I don't have to pull super hard on the skin around my eyes to apply it. It stays put all day, as well. No smudging or melting on my lower or upper lids. I usually apply this liner under my shadow for a faded look on my upper lid. I also apply to my lower 'water line', and I don't have any sensitivity, plus my eyes don't water. I can't even tell it's that close to my eyes. It's an awesome liner, worth the $$, and highly recommended! :) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Overpriced for quality, quantity *by P***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2019* I’m not convinced this is new. The pencil is about 1.5 inches (3 cm) shorter — a full 20% shorter — than the cardboard box in which it is packaged, which in my experience is unusual. (If it’s not used, it is at least over-packed in terms of box size.) There also was no safety wrapper around the pencil and its cap, which again is usual-and-customary with cosmetic pencils.Apart from that, I’m really glad it’s organic. However, it is not particularly gentle. It should be substantially softer for use near the eye -- "rich and creamy" it certainly is not: It is so hard, it does not go on easily and barely shows up when applied. It also irritates my eyes more than I expected from something labelled for "sensitive eyes."I really wanted to love this pencil, but I am quite disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best liner ever!!! *by T***J on Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2017* Best.
