    These are unisex so they fit loosely. I wear a small and am 5'4", 150 lbs. One string did break a few months into owning them, but they still stay up (for now) with the elastic. One pair also came with a hole in the pocket, but you can't beat the price. They are comfortable and just keep getting softer with wear. Update 11/2017: the other pair split right up the backside seam within 6 months of  purchasing them.

    Scrub top fits ok - large, but pants (large) fit was too close compared to other brands. If I had ordered XL the top would be too big, but the pants would fit just right.Got the XL - pants fits ok (could be a little roomy, bit it's alright).
