Fitter liked the design and the materials to fit it perfectly. ### ⭐ will not honour warranty for faulty item *by N***R on 15 April 2025* Worked perfectly for 3 months then the tap head started leaking. The item is under a 5 year warranty, so I looked on Amazon for product support, you have to contact the supplier direct. The supplier said that 'We are Amazon's supplier and do not deal with individual customers.' and that I have to speak to Amazon Customer services. Since then, they have ignored my e-mails. Amazon customer services can only arrange a return and replacement of the full item. This is plumbed into the infrastructure of my bathroom. I'd need a plumber to take it out and cap off the supply to get a replacement some weeks later than get the plumber back to re-install, just because of a faulty tap head that screws on and off the hose. They must know that total replacement is not a cost effective method of dealing with their faulty product and are refusing to engage with my correspondence. For the few months that it worked without leaking, superb product.
