**Q: Range of  Height of drafting chair (not to be confused with the desk chair) from the floor to the seat?**
A: 38 to top of arm 29 to top of seat. It compresses about an inch when I sit in it. 170 lbs. would probably go down another inch if you are 200.

**Q: Does anyone know the lowest seat height of the drafting chair, please?**
A: From the seat to the floor 17 1/2”.
From the floor to the center back 24”.

**Q: Is the arm height adjustable?**
A: no but the arms can swivel up out of the way.

**Q: How high is this chair? I have a bar height table.**
A: Under the picture, depicting the chair, on Amazons web site there are 6 pictures and a video.  The 6th picture includes information stating that the height (from the top of the back of the chair) is variable from 42" to 49.5".  Also, they come with rollers but if your using the chair on a hard wood floor you may want to purchase glides in addition.  This will keep the chair more stationary and steady as you sit in and getting up from it.  I would suggest High Profile Bell Glides.

Assembly took about 20 minutes, pretty intuitive and easy. Comfort is moderate but definitely better than working from home at the dinner table or couch. Love that the arm rests move up and down. Worth the value for the price. Agree with other reviews that the foot rest is a little too small in circumference/diameter, because you have to tuck feet underneath the chair to rest on it (rather than it being a 90° angle at your knees). I also love that the height range is so great. I can use it at my bar height table or a normal height desk, depending on which room I’m working in.

I purchased a chair that had previously been returned but still good condition. Everything was included in the box (except the allen wrench, but we had one in our toolbox) and it was fairly easy to put together. Love this chair! Very comfy, has adjustable height and good back support. Recommend!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great chair except for the foot rest!

I REALLY like this chair. It's comfortable, looks great and appears to be made of sturdy materials. I have been using it 7 days a week for several months now and it's been outstanding. My one and only complaint (other than it being kind of hard to assemble due to crappy hardware) is the foot rest gradually slides down the post. I have to raise it back up every couple of days. The tension mechanism needs to be stronger to be able to hold the footrest in place better. Also, the round knob to tighten it is located in between the "spokes" of the footrest and it's hard to get my hand in there to tighten it down.
