Not only are these insanely cool to the touch when your face finally hits them but they're incredibly soft and gentle feeling on your face. I can now wash my hair at night feeling like I wont have to apply product to it when I wake up in the morning. Its super refreshing not to have to do as much maintenance on not just my hair but also my skin.While there is basic minimal care in washing silk fabrics differently, it truly isn't that big of a deal. Laundry bag with special detergent for delicates and you're good to go! Usually let mine air dry or put on it on delicate cycle in the dryer if I'm in a hurry.
