**Q: Instead of mixing with water or juice, can I simply put this under my tongue like cbd?**
A: Yes you can,  but it's too sweet, that's why I prefer mix it with water of juice.

I’ve used Lions Mane every morning for at least 4 years. I drop a dose in my first cup of coffee making it easier to remember every day. The brand I usually use has been tough to get or takes a long time for delivery. Switched to this brand and it’s in stock and a little less expensive. Flavor is slightly nutty and great with a splash of hazelnut creamer. I highly recommend lions mane as a supplement.
