The olives are large with a vibrant green color. It’s not a strong briney flavor as I expected, but rather a combination of fleshy, firm, mildly salty — meaning, I tasted the actual olive, not just vinegar. It gives the experience of fresh “artichoke”, citrus and pure olive flavor. The texture and flavor make the experience. I’m not a fan of overly herbed and spiced olives when eaten by themselves, I want to taste the olive.
