I was taking around 26 supplements every day for about two years and then my son in line introduce me to the supplements and it equals the amount of the 26 I was taking and I feel great and energized in the morning and ready for my day. Life Extension makes the highest quality vitamins. I love these multi packs. They are a convenient way to get my nutrients. I don't believe that it is possible to get all my daily vitamins in one or two pills.

Package arrived with leaking vitamins. They look like old products. And we do mot have a retirn option for some reason. Not good!
