That said, they are extremely easy to swallow (unlike some super large tablets/pills) and have no after taste. As far as effectiveness, all I can say is just give it a try. There is something in this line up of ingredients in this acne supplement working together to oxidize acne pimple/sebum/puss (w.e it is causes the acne) starting from your GUT!
