It runs pretty snug & narrow (I'm usually a 6-6.5 and had to order a 7, and the toes are still a bit tight). It seems like the tip of the toe is in fact intentionally not rubber-soled like the rest of the shoe, which is a bummer. Not sure why they would do this as it makes the shoes pretty slick on ice and on certain flooring. I'm also a little concerned that it also means the shoe won't be as protected from rainy ground, etc.Anyway, those things aside, I do find the boot to be more comfortable than most stylish Chelsea's I've tried on, so I'm keeping. Just throwing in my two cents in case it's helpful to anyone else. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way too small, for sure size a size up--had to return *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2018* I have been looking for my first pair of Frye boots and these have been the third ones I have tried with no luck so far! I read all the reviews and sized a half size up and still way way too small. They are an adorable boot, but no way I was getting them past my ankle. Also, the bottom was super smooth and I am pretty sure they would be very slippery. I wouldnt have sent them back only because of that, but had to return because of the small fit.
