They recently changed the formula, and I had no idea because I was on a subscription and received the new bottle early. By the time I actually needed it (the bottle on the right), I knew something was off the second I poured it out. The old formula had a gel-like consistency, but the new one is completely liquid. After applying it, instead of breaking down the adhesive, it just became incredibly sticky. I even left it on my lashes for 20 minutes and it still did nothing. I compared it to my old bottle, and sure enough, the ingredient list is different. I’m really disappointed. The original formula worked perfectly, and this new version is a huge downgrade. Now I need to find a new reliable remover.
