It was broken when I got it. It was shipped in a padded envelope without additional packaging.
It was shipped without instructions, so I don’t know what is supposed to wobble. I hung the ghost on the tree branch but it doesn’t do anything

Cutest Rockin' Little Ghost
We love this little thing. It REALLY rocks on a sunny day; sometimes I think it's going to rock itself right across the table! Ours arrived disconnected/broken (the wire out the top of the ghost's head was not connected to the branch). That was a bummer at first, but when I fixed it the ghost ended up facing the other way, which is better because then the solar panel is in the back so you can actually see the thing! Definitely needs strong sun.

2 stars just because it’s so cute. My mom loves these things, and was thrilled when I got this for her as a gift, but it doesn’t work at ALL. it’s like the whole thing’s misshapen, we tried everything but no luck. Very disappointed. Overpriced for an underwhelming item & doesn’t work : (

came broken, didn’t look at reviews first where all of them basically say it’ll come broken. it’s cheap and cute still so i suppose it’s not that big of a deal :/
