They were easy to assemble & I get compliments on them almost daily. I would highly recommend them. I would say they are comfortable to sit in but probably not for extended periods of time. In my office setting, people come in, sit for a little while then leave and they are perfect for that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful, comfortable and affordable chairs that look expensive! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2021* We love our new blue velvet chairs! They are very comfortable and seem to be quite durable. They were very easy to put together, too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2020* These chairs are beautiful, however as someone else mentioned, they're a bit narrow if you are wide in the hips. Additionally, I'm not certain on the weight limit of these, but I'm a heavy person and am using these chairs on a wood floor and the legs on the chair spread out a little when I sit in the chair which has caused some scratching on the wood floors, but nothing a chair foot protector wouldn't be able to fix. If they were being used on a carpet, I expect this wouldn't happen. Aside from that, I've only had the chairs a few days and as some others have mentioned, they do have a strong smell when unboxing, but it goes away. These chairs also have a prop65 warning on them as well, which is becoming more and more common these days, but beware if that's something you might deter from. Overall very happy with these chairs so far! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/181227569-velvet-dinning-chair-set-of-2-mid-back-accent-chair](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/181227569-velvet-dinning-chair-set-of-2-mid-back-accent-chair) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
