The Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade is a mix of very sweet with a bite of the sour that comes with Yuzu. It is true to flavor when making Marmalade, having generous sized bits of yuzu with the rind itself in it. The rind is softened through making the marmalade process and tastes great. PRO TIP: I love using the Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade in several different ways. For a whole chicken or chicken breaststroke or thighs: melt over low heat a few tablespoons blended with water. Super delicious and matches product description. Besides putting this on food, I personally mix it (do 2-3 teaspoon) with sparkling water (one serving), and use a thicker straw for the yuzu peel. It makes a great sweet drink with a fun texture.
