Review: these things are the best budget subwoofer i’ve ever owned - for only being a 10 inch subwoofer this thing absolutely bumps. i have 2 of them wired at 1 ohm in a potted box sitting in the trunk of my car, along with 2 more skar audio 8” subs. one an ix series and the other a vd series. though this subwoofer sounds great and has a great frequency response and clarity, i would recommend putting it in a sealed box. i’ve never been able to fully blow one of these subwoofers. i’ve pushed over 1000 watts of clean power through one while testing it. played for maybe 15-20 minutes at that power. the thing took the beating and didn’t even think twice. now if you’re reading this, please don’t do this. these things are great entry level subwoofers and i would recommend them from anything from car audio to home theater applications. two of these are powered quite well from a rockville rva-m2 amplifier or a standalone single channel amplifier if being used in home theaters.

An exceptionally well built and well priced subwoofer. These have to be the best subwoofers for the money. I'm now a fan of Scar products. I wish I had more to review. I feel really good about finding a new maker of quality products at an exceptional price.
