A: I’m pretty sure it’s here. If it’s fulfilled by amazon I think it’s safe to assume it’s within the states.

A: For stamping in general, yes you can use regular nail polish these stamping polishes are only recommended since they’re thinner and dry faster

I’m a first timer when it comes to nail stamping but this polish helped so much! I use it with the maniology stamping plates and it works perfect. There is definitely a learning curve and it took me a few tries to get it right but that was more user error than anything. It’s nice and opaque, dries quickly and doesn’t smudge with a gel top coat applied. Looks great with both shiny and matte looks and is far more affordable than other brands I’ve tried. The bottles look a smidge small but a little definitely goes a long way. I’ve been using it for months and my bottles are still over half full. I will absolutely be buying again!
