It has been a complete disappointment. The burners are defective, resulting in constant sparking (look at You Tube video about how to fix this with a DIY sanding job - what a joke). I have had to replace parts in the oven twice. The assembly process, combined with poor engineering forethought, resulted in screws welded in place, requiring one to drill out the screws just to get to the repair. The customer service from the company is horrible. Save yourself the trouble and buy a range from another company ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t Buy *by T***H on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2023* 6/12/2023 I have had my NXR (36”) stove for 6 weeks. The oven never heats to the right temperature. If set to 350 it heats to 300. I bought a good oven thermometer and have tested it multiple times. I am 70 years old and I’ve used ovens of all brands since I was 12. I’ve used ovens in college dives, and in custom built homes. My ovens have ranged from ancient no name units, to GE, to KitchenAid and to Viking. I have never had a worse oven. I called customer service today and a very smug girl told me to turn on the convection button to get the oven to the right temperature and then monitor it constantly while cooking as the temperature will fluctuate. I told her I’ve never heard of such a thing. She said that’s how NXR ovens work. I told her this needs to be posted on the front of the oven door before purchase.
