I recently purchased a 2010 F-150 with only 30K miles, it was a barn find. This kit worked great, fit really well, and was compatible with the new Pioneer Double DIN stereo I bought for it. It wasn't too difficult to install. If you have any mechanical ability, you should be able to do this yourself. Tip: The passenger side trim is held in place by a bolt that is behind the passenger airbag. You don't have to remove the trim completely, but you do need to move it a bit. I ended up cracking the trim because I didn't know about that bolt. You can remove the bolt if you open and remove the glove box. Take the bolt out so you don't make the same mistake I did. Also, use a safe-pry tool with care. I used a plastic trim tool and still scratched the silver trim panels, which I'm still yelling at myself about. You will want to contact your radio manufacture to see if your radio will fit in this kit, or a standard double dine opening **Q: Will these head unit brackets work for F150 2015 with some cutting?** A: I have a 14 and yes but I would not buy it again. **Q: Ordered this and a new pioneer touchscreen radio. Radio is not powering on at all and all wires from main large harness are connected?** A: The red wire is the controlling wire for on and off signal. Unfortunately the red wire on the harness connects to absolutely nothing. You have to customize your connection to an on and off signal somewhere on that vehicle. The red wire is the issue. I had to get a long extension wire and connect the red wire to one of the wires where you have the hazard button (on top of the double din). One of those wires sends proper signal when you turn the vehicle on and off.
