This is not a Monk fruit but its Monk fruit ROOT and that is why its very affordable. Since its monk fruit root so it is slight bitter but burning mouth is big big lie so don't believe other fake reviews. I make bread and i use coffee and other foods too and you won't taste any bitter taste when use on food not bare tongue. its ridiculously sweet so you only put very little. I did test my diebete after take teaspoon on my mouth and no sugar spike at all so its definitely works. Its not eligible return item but you can still get a refund if you talk to Amazon support so no risk so please try it out.
