She used adhesive to help stick at first but now she uses skin preps in which you can buy from amazon. **Q: Whats the difference between the cut to fit and one-piece system?** A: A one-piece system has the Skin Barrier already attached to the pouch (as you see in the photo)... It is all one piece.
