Had 1 issue with 1 pack where the packaging glue had sealed through the product (2 of the pairs) and left a hardened glue through the material. I contacted the seller and within 2 hours received a reply via email asking for my address and photos. I sent the pictures of the 2 pairs and once again I received a reply very shortly after advising they would send out replacements and will be received a few days later. Received new boxers on the day promised. This is not a negative as the product is great it’s a positive worth mentioning to the customer service this company has. No issues, just got it sorted.
