I have a pair of 800's mounted to them and love em. I originally ran the speaker cable up the back of the stands with the supplied cable holders but have since ran the cable through the center of the stands. Looks much better and easy to do. Just unclip your banana plugs (if using them) then fish the cable from the bottom of the post hole up to the top, use needle nose pliers to pull out the cable through the top hole, reconnect your banana plus and back into your speakers.
