It is designed for 5" and 6" diameter wheels/rims for go karts. This are usually 7.1" wide and smaller. I have used it on front lawn mower tires too. If you mean 16" rims, then no it won't work. **Q: will this seet the tire on the rim?** A: This item is used to break the bead of the tire that is seated on a rim. It is not used to put a tire on a rim. Usually, you can simply put the tires on by hand for 5" tires by using some windex and gloves and just push the tire on. **Q: Will this work for snowblower tires ? Will it mount them too ?** A: No, this is designed for smaller rimmed tires 5" - 6" for breaking the bead only. After the bead is broken from the rim, the user still has to manually remove the tire from the rim.
