For me I would give this a five if it had a different type of strap in the back because I have a bench seat so I would need something that would tie it completely around. Its all about the fit for me but I managed to clip one side on to the bar on the ATV and believe it or not it' stays but for any other reason I would give this a FIVE. I was really quite surprised it is thick and comfortable and I really like it.
