It's big, but not too big. It can still fit into my purse or even a couple of my makeup bags. It looks like a compact and has two mirrors that can be used. I love the rose pink color and the fact that the outside shouldn't fade and is scratch proof.It runs on 4 AAA batteries, which is nicer than it having to be constantly plugged in to the wall. I like that it can stand, but I do wish that it could stand a bit taller. The light that is on the bottom mirror is surprisingly very bright. I love the lighting for when I'm doing my makeup. The top mirror can magnify up to 5 times which is pretty great, especially when I'm trying to pluck my eyebrows or apply my eye shadow and mascara.Then, I love how it collapses back down into a regular compact again.This mirror is very nice, even though, I mentioned wanting it to be taller.Nice product to keep in your bag or to travel with.I received this product in exchange for an honest review. The light in the regular mirror and does not shine into the magnified section of the mirror. Just don't waste your money. It's going into the trash! Junk!I was hopeful this would be what I was searching for but sadly it is just not what I expected. The first thing that I noticed is that it is heavy which for me would eliminate it as something you would use as portable. The next thing that I find to be of issue is the light that it projects. It's pretty bright but the lights are like beams that blind you while you are trying to apply your makeup. Lastly, the design is awkward to use. The light is located in the regular mirror and it does not project well into the magnified portion.
