I’m early 40s female and starting to see issues with focus, retention, etc with perimenopause. This was really starting to affect my performance at my job so I was looking into natural support as there’s nothing i can be prescribed. I purchased this with L-Theanine to take together during the week (not weekends, holidays or vacation). It is a gradual difference. I think I noticed a slight change after 2 weeks. It’s not a miracle supplement but it does give a quiet change in focus. I take the L-Theanine first with morning coffee, then this about 30 minutes later. By mid-morning I’m starting to ramp up at work. No side effects to report. If I take it too late then I do notice my morning is kind of unproductive and scattered. But first thing in the morning does help get through the work day.
