**Q: what is fur made of?**
A: If you are expecting soft and cuddly, they are not. I was very disappointed.

**Q: What do you mean by "made for stroking?"**
A: It means that the rabbit is soft, it's fur is like silk and you just want to hold it and pet (or stroke) it.  It's very well made and is very cute, it's a nice addition to my stuff animal collection.

**Q: Want to get a personalized collar for this bun as a memorial to our boy who just passed. Can anyone tell me the neck circumference?**
A: Mine measured 7" pulled tight, but for a more natural fit, I'd say 7 1/2 ".

**Q: Is this machine washable?**
A: No, hand wash only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

It's smaller than I expected, but it clearly says 7", so that's my fault. The fur is soft, not silky soft, but definitely not rough. The toy is soft but not as squishy as I had hoped. What saved it for me was that it is very realistic. Sitting in the Easter bag I prepared, it looks like a baby rabbit was popping his head out of the bag. I am very pleased by that and am glad that I bought it.
