**Q: this says a battery is required but also that batteries are not needed, do I need to buy one separately or not?**
A: No batteries needed as the control unit is charged via a cable same as a mobile phone.

**Q: The robot is unable to stand up and is constantly falling forwards or backwards on every move it makes.  Is this normal or it is faulty? Thank you.**
A: Ours seems ok, does fall occasionally but not all the time. We use ours on hard floor surface did find on carpet it don’t work as well.
